Reflection and Change

If you would have told me five years ago that I would be living in Austin and making it… I would have laughed. Believing in myself is not something that I’ve ever done but I’m many miles from home and doing well. Sometimes I am still baffled about how I got here… but I’m here.

In the rush of things I’ve kinda lost myself. Not that I’m unhappy with my life here but really unhappy with how I’ve stopped taking care of myself. So I’m making myself some goals and changing things about the way I live. Made a trip last night to Central Market and stocked up on some healthier food options. Another goal is to be more active so I made a calendar of various activities to partake in 4 times a week. This won’t be easy but I want to get back to liking the skin I’m in again. Wish me luck…
